Refund and Exchange Policy: Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to have the best shopping experience possible. Please review our refund and exchange policy below:

Please Note That Exchanges May Incur A Restocking Fee 

1. Refunds:

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be refunded.
  • However, within 24 hours of placing your order, You may modify the product and size selection, or opt to receive a merchandise credit
  • Please note that once your order has been submitted, the shipping and billing addresses cannot be modified.

2. Exchange Policy:

  • We offer a 3-day exchange policy for online purchases, starting from the delivery date of your item.
  • If you encounter any issues or concerns, please report them within this 3-day period.

3. Size Exchanges:

  • We understand that clothing items may not fit as expected. If the item falls under acceptable return items, you may exchange it for a different size.
  • Please return the item within the 3-day exchange policy time period to receive a merchandise credit.

4. Non-Returnable Final Sale Merchandise:

  • Certain items are non-returnable and considered final sale. These include post-op supplies such as ace bandages, scar creams, sale items, formal dresses, bodysuits, masks, and accessories.

5. Requirements for Returns and Exchanges:

  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, no signs of deodorant stains or marks will be acceptable and in a condition suitable for resale.
  • All tags must be attached and in the original packaging.
  • We reserve the right to refuse exchanges for items that show signs of wear, fragrances, or smoke.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping fees to return items, and these fees are non-refundable.

6. Process and How to Initiate a Return:

  • Report defective items within 24 hours of delivery to receive a merchandise credit.
  • Returns must be pre-approved and shipped to our designated return address.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at customerservice@fashiondollzboutique.com with your request.
  • If approved, ship the package back within 2 days, including your original packing slip or a note with your full name and order number.
  • A merchandise credit will be issued to you as a discount code via email.
  • Please note that unauthorized returns will not be processed, and the customer will bear the shipping fee to return the item back to them.

SHIPPING POLICY 

We use USPS and UPS shipping. Shipping is FREE if your order is over $200. Items are verified and processed within 3-4 business days and shipped out (Tuesday-Friday), after the order is received it can take up to 2-5 business days to be delivered. Shipping times are estimated and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays.  Express mail 2 business days (Guaranteed within 2 business days). 


TRACKING POLICY

 All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 3-5 business days or sooner.
We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS or UPS at 800) 742-5877

Get it sis!

I spent, hundreds, even thousands of dollars on Fajas and waist trainers over the years. This is by far the most well constructed, sturdy, but at the same time comfortable waist trainer. I did listen to the other reviews and ordered a size up, which was needed. I did buy my size, and the smaller sizes in case they were out of stock lol. I’m already down one size and getting ready to go to the second size down. I’ve been telling everyone about these waist trainers. I definitely recommend!

Their refund policy is ridiculous, if you order from here you will be stuck with the product if it does not fit even if never worn. The sizes run extremely small. I don’t not recommend ordering from here.
