- We understand that clothing items may not fit as expected. If the item falls under acceptable return items, you may exchange it for a different size.
- Please return the item within the 3-day exchange policy time period to receive a merchandise credit.
4. Non-Returnable Final Sale Merchandise:
- Certain items are non-returnable and considered final sale. These include post-op supplies such as ace bandages, scar creams, sale items, formal dresses, bodysuits, masks, and accessories.
5. Requirements for Returns and Exchanges:
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, no signs of deodorant stains or marks will be acceptable and in a condition suitable for resale.
- All tags must be attached and in the original packaging.
- We reserve the right to refuse exchanges for items that show signs of wear, fragrances, or smoke.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping fees to return items, and these fees are non-refundable.
6. Process and How to Initiate a Return:
- Report defective items within 24 hours of delivery to receive a merchandise credit.
- Returns must be pre-approved and shipped to our designated return address.

- If approved, ship the package back within 2 days, including your original packing slip or a note with your full name and order number.
- A merchandise credit will be issued to you as a discount code via email.
- Please note that unauthorized returns will not be processed, and the customer will bear the shipping fee to return the item back to them.
