1. Cancellation Policy

  • At Fashion Dollz Boutique, we work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. For that reason, orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.
  • The only exception is in the case of a duplicate order (the same item(s) ordered more than once within a short period).
  • If you believe you submitted a duplicate order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing the order at customerservice@fashiondollzboutique.com with both order numbers so we can review and assist.
  • If your order has already entered processing or shipping stages, it cannot be canceled or modified. In these cases, you may refer to our [Return Policy] for further assistance once your order has been delivered.

2. Refunds:

  • At Fashion Dollz Boutique, we aim to provide a smooth and efficient shopping experience. Please review our refund and modification policy below before placing your order:

    • All sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be refunded.
    • Order Modifications (Within 24 Hours)
    • We understand that mistakes can happen. If you need to make changes to your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to:
    1. Change the product or size
    2. Request a store credit  in place of the original item
    3. Go to your customer account and request a change or store credit.

     

    • For security and processing reasons, shipping and billing addresses cannot be changed once the order has been submitted. Please double-check all information before confirming your purchase.

2. Exchange Policy:

  • We offer a 3-day exchange window for online purchases, beginning on the date your order is delivered.
  • If you experience any issues or have concerns about your item, please contact us within this 3-day period so we can assist you promptly.

3. Size Exchanges:

  • We understand that clothing items may not fit as expected. If the item falls under acceptable return items, you may exchange it for a different size.
  • Please return the item within the 3-day exchange policy time period to receive a store credit.

4. Non-Returnable Final Sale Merchandise:

  • Please note that certain items are non-returnable and are considered final sale for hygiene and safety reasons. These include, but are not limited to:
    • Bodysuits
    • Health Products
    • Contour Band
    • Scar Cream
    • ANY SALE ITEMS (including holiday sales, birthday sales, etc.) can be exchanged, but you'll receive store credit for the sale price you paid—not the full original price. Terms may vary depending on the sale.)
  • We recommend reviewing your order carefully before purchasing, as these items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

5. Requirements for Returns and Exchanges:

  • To qualify for an exchange, please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and free of deodorant stains or marks, returned in a condition suitable for resale. All original tags should be attached, and the item must be in its original packaging.
  • We kindly reserve the right to decline exchanges for items that show signs of wear, fragrance, or smoke.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you have any questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team — we’re here to help!

6. Process and How to Initiate a Return:

  • Report defective items within 24 hours of delivery to receive a store credit.
  • To initiate a return, you have to log in or create a customer account to request a return.
  • Once your return is approved, please ship the item back within 2 business days, including the original packing slip, to the return address provided on the return label.
  • A store credit will be applied to your account, or the item will be replaced based on the new size you requested.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed. Customers will be responsible for any shipping fees required to have the item returned back to them.
