This is the best waist trainer I have ever bought. And trust me I’ve spent hundreds on them. It is very sturdy and well-made and will get you snatch but at the same time comfortable. Definitely recommend. I did go a size up because it runs small and I’m glad I did. I already ordered the smaller sizes so that I can make sure I’m continuously training my waist to go down as each one loosens up.

It really snatches your waist. It looks just like the picture. I would definitely recommend sizing up two inches. My waist is 31 inches and I brought a size Large ( 31-33 inches). I wear it at night and half time during day but I’m definitely on flat when I take this off. I had a mommy makeover last year in September and it’s almost a year. If you didn’t get surgery and you already have a big stomach you won’t see results.

I don’t recommend you order from this business. The waist trainer runs extremely small and when I asked to exchange it for the correct size, the owner refused any exchanges which it stated originally on their policy trainers can be exchanged only if purchased online within seven days, she removed that statue from the website. It’s not worth the money and the customer service is not there. Look elsewhere!!!!
